Consulting Experience
Grady McGonagill is an organizational effectiveness and management development consultant specializing in individual, team and organizational learning. During his eighteen years of experience he has served a wide range of enterprises in North and South America, Europe and Asia. Grady's corporate clients include Herman Miller, Johnson & Johnson, Polaroid, and Siemens, A.G. His work in the public sector includes the New York State Board of Regents and the federal Administration for Children and Families. He has also worked with non-profit agencies such as the Currier Gallery of Art, Amnesty International and the National Audubon Society.

Executive Development Experience
In addition to his client work, Grady's workshops on coaching, leadership, conflict management, team building, and interpersonal skills have been offered through a number of executive programs, including Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government, MIT's Sloan School of Management, Babson College's Center for Executive Education, and Brandeis University's Heller School of Management. Recently he has specialized in development programs for change agents and for coaching of change agents. 

Background and Education
Grady McGonagill holds a master's degree from Stanford University and a doctorate from Harvard University, where his studies encompassed human development and organizational behavior. Grady lives in Brookline, Massachusetts with his wife and daughter.
