Our logo reflects our passion and our aspiration. The triangle symbolically represents three features of our work: 1) it is the symbol for delta, meaning, “change.” 2) it symbolizes a mountain, the climbing of which reflects an enduring quest for greatness or new heights and 3) it is the shape of pyramids, the most stable of all structures. Each feature of the triangle reflects who we are. We are leaders of change, we aspire to help organizations achieve greatness, and we value stable relationships—the foundation of any organizational achievement in this day and age of transience.

The path depicted in our logo represents the sense that leadership is a journey, not a destination. The path of leadership is never straight and narrow. For individuals it requires staying true to oneself while continuously searching to become all one can become. For organizations it requires staying true to core competencies while noting and actively responding to changes in the environment.

We at Avista Consulting Group, are guides to organizations and individuals who want to get on and stay on the leadership path. For each individual and each organization, this is a different path, shaped by unique talents and abilities. Our principles, tools, models, and methods are all designed to help our clients on their path and in so doing, achieve greatness.
