Experience
Pat Westerhouse has thirty years consulting and leadership experience
in the design and implementation of organizational change strategies
and interventions; leadership development with emphasis on executives
and their teams; and strategic direction and planning facilitation.
Pat works from a philosophy that holds that the success of any business
is measured by the increase in shareholder value achieved by fulfilling
the promise to the customer through superior business execution.
His work is focused on helping leaders and their colleagues commit
their talent, time and resources to achieving results in these areas.
In addition to his work throughout the United States, Pats
work has taken him to China, Costa Rica, Europe, Thailand, New Zealand,
and Canada. He has worked with clients such as Baker Hughes International,
Sola International, Mallinckrodt, Open TV, Annuncio Software, Coherent,
Sabre, Silicon Graphics, Washington Natural Gas, APM International,
Board of Trade of Thailand, and the Conference Board of Canada.
Leadership
Development Experience
Pat is highly regarded as a coach, trainer and facilitator of executive
teams. Utilizing experiential learning models, diagnostic tools
and a wide variety of interpersonal and team skills, he has designed
and implemented leadership programs and worked with executives to
improve focus, communication, and execution of their business plans.
In addition, he has created total company training and change initiatives
involving in excess of 1,000 employees in the development program.
Background and Education
Pat
holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources Development from Pepperdine
University. His corporate leadership experience includes: VP Human
Resources for Syva, a medical diagnostic company, Director of Human
Resources for worldwide manufacturing for Syntex, a pharmaceutical
company and the Regional Director of Organization Development for
Kaiser Medical Care Program in Hawaii.

lives in Loomis, Ca with his wife Patti.
