Courses offered by Avista Consulting Group have a bias toward "learning by doing." We find that people retain what they participate in and are most committed to something they have helped to create. Opportunities for people to "practice"-through role plays, simulations, creative scenarios, and development of their own plans-are essential. All workshops offered by Avista Consulting Group are interactive and experiential, although the degree will vary depending upon the topic.
